The PULP DIAPHRAGM SEAL from AIMS Control is purpose‑engineered for rugged pulp‑and‑paper lines, slurry pipelines, and any application where heavy solids, vibration, and pulsation can destroy ordinary pressure instruments. A unique floating‑ring process connection absorbs pipe movement, while a laser‑welded 316L flush diaphragm prevents fibre build‑up and resists corrosion. Pre‑filled with fast‑response Silicone DC 200 fluid, the seal delivers accurate, drift‑free measurement from 4 bar to 40 bar—even in the harshest mill environments.
